Description of service
Preliminary Inspection: Terumitsu Inc. will inspect the
product to determine if service is normally
available within 2 business days of receipt of the product. Upon
completion of the preliminary
inspection, and if service can be performed, a preliminary estimate
will be provided.
A partial patment towards the estimate will be requested (no greater
than 1/2 of the estimate).
Upon receipt of payment, product will be shipped to Shippo Choku
Kogyo-Sho. If the service
can not be performed, or if you can not meet the estimate, you will
be charged for any costs and
expenses incurred in the product to you.
Final Inspection: Shippo Choku Kogyo-Sho will inspect the product to
determine if service is
normally available within 2 weeks of the product. Upon completion of
the final inspection, and
if service can be performed, a final estimate will be provided,
includingt any costs and expenses
for any necessary repairs, replacement, or maintenance that is
necessary for the service to be
completed. if the service can not be performed, or if you can not
meet the final estimate, you
will be charged for any costs and expenses incurred in returning the
product to you in addition
to minimum $200.00 (U.S.). Any remaining partial payment will be
refunded at the time of
return ofthe product to you.
Time: Any precision work and inspection requires time. Normally,
time required for completion
of any service will be 8 to 12 weeks.
When you receive your serviced product, the remaining balance will
become due.
